Shipping Policy (Online Orders)

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping times vary based on the customer’s location and the selected carrier.

Once an order has shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email.

Healen Handz Scrubs & More is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds.

Local Pickup (If Applicable)

If local pickup is offered, customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.

• Orders must be picked up within 7 days of notification

• Orders not picked up within this timeframe may be canceled at our discretion

Lost or Stolen Packages

Healen Handz Scrubs & More is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the shipping carrier has marked the order as delivered.

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, customers must:

• Contact the shipping carrier directly

• File a claim with the carrier for further investigation
