Returns & Exchanges (Online & In-Store)

Due to hygiene and safety standards, all sales are final unless the item meets one of the approved conditions outlined below.

Eligible Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges will be accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of purchase or delivery

  • The request is made within 7 days of purchase (in-store) or 7 days of delivery (online orders)

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached

  • Proof of purchase is provided (receipt or order confirmation)

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Worn, washed, or altered items

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Items returned outside of the 7-day eligibility window

In-Store Purchases

  • Approved exchanges must be completed in-store only

Online Purchases

  • All online returns or exchanges must be approved prior to shipping items back to us

Bulk & Contract Order Exception

Bulk, corporate, and contract orders (defined as orders of 25 units or more, or orders placed under a negotiated pricing agreement) are considered final sale once production or fulfillment has begun.

  • Bulk and contract orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the items are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • Any issues with bulk or contract orders must be reported within 3 business days of delivery.

  • Approved replacements for eligible bulk or contract issues will be issued at our discretion and may be subject to verification.

This policy helps ensure accuracy, quality control, and timely fulfillment for large-scale and custom orders.
